In this coaching you get to develop your oral and written Finnish for
the communicational needs in the workplace. We concentrate on the
vocabulary and communicational situations that are common in your
field of work or in your workplace. The goal is that you will be able
to perform better at your work and/or apply for a job in your own
field of work.
The coaching takes place at a workplace (either work try-out, work
supported by pay subsidy or a job in the open labour market). At the
beginning of the coaching you have the possibility to get help finding
a suitable job. This coaching is meant for customers of North Karelian
TE-office and for customers of the local government pilot in the area.
Paula Paavilainen and Marjo-Riiitta Kallio from Springhouse talk
about coaching in the broadcast. The broadcast is pre-recorded and
presented with English subtitles.
