Are you interested in software testing, test automation, software development and DevOps?

Etteplan is looking for people who are motivated to grow into the future testing, test automation development or DevOps specialists. In this broadcast we will discuss more about Etteplan Test Automation Academy Recruitment Training Program. The goal of the Academy is an employment contract between you and Etteplan at the end of the recruitment program. The training days will be organized as instructor led online training. On-the job learning period will take place at Etteplan Tampere, Espoo, Hyvinkää and Jyväskylä sites.

During the training you will be part of Etteplan project teams participating in day-to-day work. In addition to learning on-the-job, you will participate in 25 days of comprehensive, expert-led training tailored to help you succeed in your new role.This training program suits both recent graduates at the beginning of their careers and people with more experience from the IT and software industry.

To be eligible, applicants must have a right to the public employment and business services i.e. TE Services. Also note that full-time students cannot be selected. The program will be organized in English, so sufficient language skills are required from all participants. Finnish language skill is not mandatory, but day-to-day conversation skills in Finnish can be seen as an advantage. For the participant, the Academy is free of charge. During the program, a participant is entitled to unemployment benefit plus 9 € daily allowance.
