Business Lead is a unique multi-level development programme supporting two-way integration of highly educated refugees and immigrants in Finland. Business Lead opens doors for unemployed highly educated immigrants and refugees into Finnish work life by combining education and a 3-month internship in a company.

The goal of the programme is:

• To empower participants to integrate to the Finnish business environment in a meaningful way
• To deepen the understanding of European business life, business culture, and basic rights and obligations
• To give concrete tools to function effectively in a variety of roles in the Finnish business environment
• To give business skills and relevant business vocabulary needed to do business with future stakeholders

Want to hear more?  Tune in live on Wednesday 26.10. at 11:00 to learn more about the programme and how to apply. TE-live welcomes Project Manager Åsa Hämäläinen and Director of Design and Delivery Pernilla Gripenberg from Hanken & SSE Executive Education as guests to the broadcast. The broadcast will also feature the stories of two former participants who have successfully completed the programme.
