Course content

During this course you will set clear goals and get the necessary information and skills for job search - with the help of a career coach. You will also actively apply for open vacancies. The content will be tailored for the participants’ needs.

Course content includes:

• Identifying one’s own strengths and finding motivation
• Working life and job market situation
• Job search documents, channels, methods and interview preparation
• Social media in job search
• Entrepreneurship
• Personal plan for further job search

Our way of coaching
The course is based on learning through versatile practical exercises. You will be working in groups, pairs and individually. During the course you will make a personal plan for further job search with the assistance of our experienced career coach. A catch-up session is arranged on the 4^th of April. There is also a possibility to participate in a one month online course.
