Business Lead Integration Program is a multi-level development program supporting two-way integration of educated refugees and immigrants in Finland.

The Integration Program Business Lead opens doors for unemployed academically educated refugees and immigrants into Finnish work life by combining education, mentorship and 3-month internship in a company in Finland.

The program is arranged in cooperation with Hanken & SSE Executive Education and Ostrobothnia TE Services, and takes place between 9.2.–21.6.202
