Löyly - a work life event for international students and alumni.

Löyly is a yearly work life event for international students and alumni in Oulu. It is organized on January 23th 2020 in Tellus, located at the Linnanmaa campus of University of Oulu. The event is free and also non-international students and alumni are welcome.

Löyly is organized in collaboration with Pestipäivät, where attenders of Löyly can meet new potential employers from different lines of business and put their new skills to use. Pestipäivät is organized on Linnanmaa campus on Jan 30.

Löyly consists of workshops, inspiring keynote speeches, a panel, a CV-couch, CV photographing & more.

Attenders will:
- learn valuable work-life skills
- learn about Finnish work culture
- learn about finding a job in Finland
- get to hear experiences from people, who have arrived in Oulu as an international student and have made a career here.

The day closes with After Löyly, a relaxed event with something to eat and drink and some music. All the attenders of Löyly are also welcome to After Löyly, where you can discuss the day’s program with other attendees, meet new people and just have a good time.
