Online Career Coaching

Our ten-day Online Career Coaching is for you who need clarification of your career options and want to develop your job seeking skills.

Online coaching is a flexible way to learn, as you can participate in the coaching anywhere, anytime – you can take advantage of the study materials and work on the tasks at your own pace at the times that best suit you during the two weeks of coaching.

The training materials offered on the online coaching platform and the tasks that support your own decision-making will lead you towards your own career choices, be it job search, entrepreneurship, or applying for training.

During the course:

You will learn how to create a convincing CV
You will focus on identifying and marketing your competencies
You will receive useful tips on how to write your cover letter
You will receive additional information about career planning, choosing a profession, and applying for training
You will get tips on how to succeed in a job interview
You will get to know job search channels and social media in support of your job seeking
You will gain a broader perspective on the future of work, the Finnish educational system and the possibilities of entrepreneurship in Finland

You are welcome to the coaching regardless of whether you are employed or looking for a job – as long as your job search is valid and you have sufficient IT skills and tools for working online. The coaching is intended for all TE Office and Employment Municipal Experiment clients in Uusimaa.

The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. Coaching always starts on Mondays. If necessary, you will receive personal guidance and technical support from the coach on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. via chat, video, or phone.

You may be entitled to increased unemployment benefits during the career coaching. The coaching service is provided by Aamos Group Oy, an independent partner of the TE Office.
