WorkDesign job coaching for people with partial work ability is aimed at you if you:
- have a medical certificate with an ICD code or have no diagnosis yet, or the diagnosis is not yet available for an injury/disease, but you have a disability/illness that impedes your work ability and
- you are a customer of Uusimaa TE Office or Local government trials on employment. You can be unemployed, at risk of unemployment, employed, or outside the labour market. You may be our customer who has just found a job or a study place. Your work may need to be customised so that you can maintain your job.
- you are oriented towards the labour market either directly or through education and training, and the primary obstacle to employment is the lack of suitable job or competence.
- have work ability that is sufficient for at least a work trial.
- are sufficiently motivated to advance your own situation towards employment.
