Would you like to refresh your skills and competences? Have you considered changing your field of employment?

With EGF support, you can extend and enhance your competences in your own field or train for an entirely new field. Labour market training supported by EGF is cost-free for the students. The contents of the training correspond generally to the teaching contents of other adult education, for example that of self-motivated adult education. Often the training aims at a vocational qualification or a part-qualification. The goal of labour market training is to provide training that improves the chances of becoming employed.

The employment and economic development administration buys labour market training from vocational adult education centres, other vocational educational institutes, universities or private education providers. Education procurement takes place through a tendering process aimed at education providers.
