- The aim of the coaching is for the jobseeker to find employment in the open labor market.
- The more specific content of individual coaching is determined by the job seeker's needs. Coaching focuses on personal job search support, finding a suitable job, preparing the documents needed for a job search, and preparing for a job interview.
- Job coaching is mainly provided as a face-to-face service or via a remote visual connection in Hamina, Imatra, Kotka, Kouvola and Lappeenranta. The service may also include guidance by telephone and e-mail.
- Service is provided by Aamos Group Oy.
- Enrol into a coaching program by applying through your contact person at TE-office.
