JOB SEARCH TRAINING 

This coaching is for you, who wants to improve job-seeking skills and enhance the use of various tools and channels in the job search. 

In the coaching, you will receive support and guidance for job searching, finding suitable employers, and career planning.  

THE CONTENT OF THE TRAINING 

• Assessing and articulating one's own skills. 
• The TE-Offices E-services and the new Job Market site 
• Goal-oriented and effective job search (including hidden job opportunities). 
• Profiled, attractive CV, online job searching, documents and applications. 
• Profile yourself with video and sites, Video CV. 
• Job search channels including job profiles, social media, and LinkedIn. 
• Job interview skills and preparation for interviews. 
• Local job markets and networking (employer visits). 
• Workplace skills, Company, and expert visits. 
• Education as a support for employment. 
• Future plans and effective job search.
