Coaching in 2023

The free IMAGO coaching package consists of three separate coaching sessions provided in the afternoon (11.00–16.00) over a period of two months. The training focuses on the foundations of strong employer image and corporate culture, diversity-aware recruitment competence, how to use marketing methods that locate and attract the right talent, and the cornerstones of a successful recruitment process.

The main objectives of the IMAGO coaching programmes are:

• to develop an employer image that covers not only the company's external brand but also its ability to meet the growing expectations of jobseekers and employees
• to develop diversity-aware competence in recruitment and employee onboarding and build a multicultural corporate culture
• to provide practical tips and concrete tools for developing company management and employer image
• to develop the participating companies’ motivation for internationalisation as well as their diversity competence, thus facilitating successful recruitment processes

Above all, IMAGO seeks to spark off positive changes through which the participating companies grow in courage and their ability to attract, onboard and retain talent!

The coaching sessions are interactive and varied, featuring expert presentations, group discussions and practice exercises. The coaching is provided remotely in Zoom, so you can flexibly participate wherever you are.

Each coaching group can receive an hour of voluntary peer sparring, in which participants discuss together and spar each other on the coaching topics.

The coaching is carried out in cooperation with the TE Office, the ELY Centre and Aava & Bang. The coaches are Aava & Bang specialists in communications, marketing and HR.
