Who is it for?

IMAGO coaching sessions are useful for all fields of business

IMAGO’s free, hands-on coaching is tailored for the management, HR personnel and other key workers of small and medium-sized enterprises across Finland.

There are no sectoral restrictions for receiving IMAGO coaching, and it is also suitable for public sector employers.

Coaching applications can be submitted by any company that does not have any payment defaults or unpaid tax debt (or has a valid payment plan for them if it does) and which employs 2–250 employees in addition to the entrepreneur themselves. The number of personnel in a public sector organization can be greater than 250.

The coaching is provided as group-based, online coaching. The group size is 10–20 companies, with 1–2 key persons participating from each company. The maximum number of participants per company is two, so you can participate either on your own or together with a work colleague. The coaching is provided remotely.
