The aim of the
coaching is for the jobseeker to find employment in the
open labor market.

The more specific
content of individual coaching is determined by the job
seeker's needs. Coaching focuses on personal job search
support, finding a suitable job, preparing the documents
needed for a job search, and preparing for a job interview.

Job coaching is mainly
provided as a face-to-face service or via a remote
visual connection in Kouvola, Lappeenranta and Imatra.
The service may also include guidance by telephone and e-mail.
