Allianssin Nuorisovaihto on Suomen nuorisoalan kattojärjestö – Allianssi ry:n omistama yleishyödyllinen osakeyhtiö. Toiminut vuodesta 1993 nuorten kansainvälisen liikkuvuuden ja kulttuurien välisen oppimisen edistäjänä. Allianssin nuorisvaihdon kautta on lähtenyt noin 20 000 suomalaista nuorta hankkimaan uusia kokemuksia ulkomailta eri ohjelmien kautta. Allianssilla on työharjoitteluohjelma toisen asteen ammatillisesta koulutuksesta vastavalmistuneille. Allianssi toimii kumppanina Ruotsin Euresin koordinoimassa usean maan yhdessä toteuttamassa Targeted Mobility Scheme – hankkeessa, jossa edistetään nuorten työllistymistä ja työharjoittelua eri EU/ETA-maiden välillä. Allianssilla on toiveena lisätä ja kehittää yhteistyötä eri Eures- toimijoiden välillä.
Allianssi Youth Exchanges promotes youth mobility in Europe. We share information on the job and traineeships vacancies in other European countries to Finnish young people as well as promote the open vacancies in Finland to youth from other European countries. We advise and assist young people to find the best possible option to enhance their competencies and employability.

Our Target audience are international talents in Finland who have a degree from outside of Finland, but are currently unemployed or working outside the scope of their expertise.
Some of our services are:
- Get Acquainted Info Sessions to help participants become familiar with the Finnish labour market and information specific to their own profession.
- Recognition of Previous Qualifications Support where we offer Step-by-Step individual support in the Recognition process starting from the preparation to the final application, as well as evaluation of application results and the next steps to take.
- Individual Career Pathway program where we guide International Professionals in creating their own unique career pathways in Finland.
- Bridging Gaps service is designed to render assistance to members of the community who need to take some extra courses or refresher training before they can be fully accredited and licensed to practice their profession in Finland.
- Career Connect program where we organize talent upskilling and retention projects, as well as networking / recruitment events to match international talents in Finland with local companies.
- One Mentor One is our mentorship program where community members can tap into the knowledge and experiences of those who have been there before them in order to build their careers or create meaningful professional paths for themselves in Finland.
