Interview coaching

Together with your coach, you will go through competence based discussions, where you will identify and map your skills and strengths. You will work together on the best ways to market your skills. As part of the discussions, you practice presenting yourself and creating a good first impression in preparation for job interviews.

You will get job interviews in various HR-companies in English. Based on the interviews, you will receive verbal and written feedback so that you can identify where you were successful and where you can improve. Therefore, you have a good chance of impressing the recruiter and getting a job during the interview!

Training consists of three parts:

• Competence based discussions
• 2-3 interviews with personnel service companies (Trainee & HR company)
• Closing discussion and a follow-up plan

HR-companies:

• Jeesi Henkilöstöpalvelut, Selekta, RTK-henkilöstöpalvelu, ATA-henkilöstöpalvelut, Barona, Worker Kuopio.

How it is implemented?

• Training  is implemented as intensive training during 5 workdays during 3 weeks (7x45 minutes/day).
• Training is carried out as individual coaching.
• The training can be started flexibly on a non-stop basis (contact within 7days).
• Languages: In English, Finnish & Russian. Interviews only in English or Finnish.

To whom?

Customers of Northern-Savonia TE services and Municipal Employment Experiment who:

• need individual support in applying for a job and clarifying their skills
• have their job search documents in order before being directed to the service.
• are ready to find employment through a personnel service companies (HR-companies)

Duration & Location

•  5 days during 3 weeks.
• This service can be arranged remotely online everywhere in North-Savonia Region OR face-to-face in Kuopio, Kauppakatu 40-42.
