Are you unemployed or under threat of unemployment and looking for a job? Do you need guidance in mapping out your career opportunities?

This is a unique opportunity for highly educated talents to combine career coaching and work try-out. During this career coaching you will learn the latest and the most essential of career planning and how to find new job opportunities, get fresh ideas for updating your application documents. The emphasis is also on current themes related to work life, such as digitalization, communication skills, networking, self-management, coping with new ways of working (teleworking), social media, and get prepared for job interviews.

After coaching, you will have a clear picture of your own strengths and interests and how they will be useful in your job search and work life. In addition, you have created networks with a company, where you have finished a four weeks work try-out.

The training package consists of the following:

• Career coaching, part I: 7.12.2020–6.1.2021 
• Work try-out (project work in a company): 7.1.–3.2.2021
• Career coaching, part II: 4.2.–10.2.2021
