It is also important to give a lasting impression to the employer right at the very first contact you make.

During the webinar we will go through, how to describe your professionality, strengths, capability and competence in a convincing manner. It is also important to identify your own areas of development and developmental goals. Together we will go through tools and practices, which can help you recognize your skills and competence. We will also discuss about speech pitch and how to do a video presentation or video-CV. In addition, we will go thru what are the most appropriate ways in contacting the employer.
