Using the online services

In many cases, the fastest and easiest way of using the services is to do it online. Start your login by clicking on the E-services button.

At E-services (in Finnish or Swedish), you can register as a jobseeker, edit your contact information, provide requested information, or give notification of starting work, going into education/training or doing your military service, or going on sick leave or maternity leave.

The TE telephone services provide general advice on employment and economic development services and instructions for using the online services.

Local Employment and Economic Development Offices (TE Offices)

Employment and economic development services are provided by 15 local TE Offices with some 120 branches. See the sites of each individual office for their contact information, opening hours and information about local services.

Contact details for customers in local government pilots on employment 

If you are a customer of the local government pilot, E-Services and TE Office’s services are also available to you. When you submit a contact request in the E-Services, it is directed to an expert in your municipality of residence.
