4 Purpose of personal data processing
Name and contact information are used to assist in organising the coaching and to provide information about the coaching. The controller stores the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of the register.
5 Data content of the register
Registration for coaching. For each coaching programme, the following information: the respondent's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, depending on the coaching programme, additional information (e.g. age group, educational background, possible food constraints).
6 Data retention period
The controller stores the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of the register. Thereafter, the register data will be disposed of appropriately.
7 Regular data sources
Labour administration’s customer service information system URA. The registration link is also publicly displayed, for example, on the TE Services’ website.
8 Regular disclosure of information
Information is regularly disclosed to the service provider for the organisation of a coaching group on the basis of chapter 12, section 6 of the Act on Public Employment and Business Service. Data will not be disclosed elsewhere. The agency processes personal data in accordance with the valid Personal Data Act.
External or internal customers have the right to check their data in the register by contacting the controller. The data subject's personal data will be deleted and destroyed at their request, unless provisions on the storage of the data are laid down in legislation. The KEHA Centre, ELY Centres and TE Offices are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of their services in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Personal Data Act (523/1999), the Act on the Openness of Government Activities (621/1999) and the Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014) and other applicable legislation.
9 Regular disclosure of data or transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA

10 Principles of register protection
Only employees who have the right to process customer data on the basis of their work are entitled to use the information in the query service. Each user has their own username and password for the system through Virtu authentication. The data is collected in the Webropol service provider’s databases, which are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical and contractual means. Databases and their backups are located in locked facilities, and the data is accessed by the employees who are entitled to it due to their work.

11 Inspection right and requesting data
The data subject has a right to check what data on them has been entered in the register. The signed written inspection request must be sent to the controller.

12 Right to rectify data and erase data
The data subject has the right to demand the correction of their incorrect personal data. The request is addressed to the controller.

13 Use of cookies
The respondent uses the settings in their browser to decide how their computer handles cookies. For more information on how to block or delete cookies, see the browser's help pages. Webropol uses both first-party and third-party cookies for different purposes. Some cookies stored on your computer will be deleted when you leave the website (session cookies), while others will remain on your computer for up to two years to allow the site to re-identify the visitor when they return to the website (permanent cookies). Webropol does not store information about the visitor's IP address, so the information about the respondent can never be associated with their identity.

15 Complaint or appeal concerning the processing of personal data
