What to do in case of disturbance in TE Service’s National Telephone Service and chat

Temporary disturbances may occur in TE Service’s national telephone service and chat due to a telecommunications failure.

If you were not able to take care of your matter due to a disturbance in our services, we will acknowledge your attempt and consider that you contacted us on the day when you tried to call us.

Do not disconnect the call before you are in the queue. That way we will be able to confirm your contact attempt. Contact us again on another day and tell us when you tried to call.

If you have left a contact request, we will call back to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, during disturbances we can not guarantee to call you on the same day.
