In Uusimaa, job coaching is organised for jobseeker customers with partial work ability who have a medical certificate of their partial work ability or who feel that they themselves have partial work ability. The coaching is individual coaching where you will be working with a coach in a goal-oriented manner to find solutions to promote your employment. With the help of the service, you can find new opportunities for continuing your career. The goals can be tailored to your work ability, ranging from part-time and full-time work to work try-outs and studies.

The coaching supports you with preparing job application documents and getting ready for job interviews. The job coaches have information of the employment situation in different industries, and they have contacts with a number of employers. With the coaching, you will be able to discover and showcase your competence and strengths in the job market. The service provider can come with you to the workplace and provide the workplace community with information and support regarding the working of persons with partial work ability.

You do not need to be unemployed to take part in the service. The coaching is free of charge for the participants.

The duration of the coaching is 12 months, at most. You will receive at least 2 hours of the service per month. The service providers are Arffman Finland Oy and Eezy Valmennuskeskus. The content on both websites is in Finnish but you’ll find brochure in English at the bottom of the pages:

If you are interested, please use the application form or the E-Services. TE office expert will contact you after this.
