Free coaching services are available for the customers of the Uusimaa TE Office and local government pilots on employment. The selection includes group coaching, online coaching, and individual job coaching – there is a suitable coaching programme available for everyone!

In the coaching, professional coaches will support you in your job search. In many of the coaching programmes you can also obtain competence passports. We provide the coaching services in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Are you at least 30 years old and have no job or degree? Are you wondering about your strengths or how to put them into words? Don't try to go it alone! A personal coach will support you in achieving your goals with a flexible schedule:

Lost your direction? Hard to find jobs? Find both in Youth Coaching. A personal coach will help you, young person under the age of 30, to get a job or an education. The coaching can be adapted to your schedule:

Do you need special support in your search for a job or an education? Have you been diagnosed with a neuropsychiatric syndrome or do you suspect that you might have one? A specialist coach will support you in achieving your goals with a flexible schedule:
