Career Path Coaching

Unfortunately Career Path Coaching is not available at the moment. We aim to provide Career Path Coaching during Spring 2022.

We will add a link to this page when the coaching starts again.

Services are carried out online.

Career Path Coaching is designed to help you to identify your strengths and find a new direction for your career or even a new profession altogether. The course consists of one-to-one coaching and group sessions with your peers.

After the course,

  • you will know what kinds of jobs to apply for and what to take into consideration when looking for a job,
  • you will know how to communicate and market your skills,
  • you will understand your weaknesses and know how to look for training opportunities and apply for courses,
  • you will have an up-to-date CV and a job application template,
  • you will be familiar with different job search channels and methods, and
  • you will know how to perform well in a job interview.

The course begins with fifteen (15) days of group sessions run between approximately 9.00 am and 3.00 pm from Monday to Friday.

Coaching continues for three more months after the group sessions. You will get at least three hours of coaching each month, either in the form of one-to-one sessions or group-based activities such as workshops. In addition to an experienced coach, you will also have access to a recruitment expert and an expert in educational services.

You may be entitled to unemployment benefits while you are on the course.

The coaching service is provided by an independent partner of your local TE Office. Career Path Coaching courses are run in Uusimaa as follows:
